REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Eligibility for Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Intimates, swimwear, and pierced jewelry (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
- Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return To start a return, contact us at team goodluxy with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at goodluxy
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
